Fate (and a hotel reservation system) brings Tess and Jonah together again—this time across the pond in London. While Tess is in town for a wedding, Jonah has fled New York to nurse a bruised ego and write the "next great British rom-com." Over the course of 44 minutes, a chance lobby encounter turns into a weekend of Hyde Park strolls, debates over the existence of "half-and-half," and a crash course in heartbreak. As they help each other navigate foreign feelings in a foreign city, they realize that sometimes you have to travel 3,000 miles just to find out where you really stand.
