“The Hopeful Romantic” is a short form filmmaking series set in New York about a guy that just simply needs to see a therapist but instead romanticizes every moment of his life.
Each short is filmed without a script, in one take, using a natural location with no camera interference (tripod, dolly, etc) and is inspired by Edward Hoppers paintings of New York.
Since its inception, it’s received millions of views, and has been sponsored by such brands as Topo Chico, and Betterhelp.
